What the service is
“Haide” is a platform for finding real-world events and meeting new people — by people, for people. Core features are free. It is not a services marketplace and does not guarantee the attendance, quality or conduct of hosts and participants.
Eligibility
To use “Haide” you must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
Rules of conduct
You agree not to:
- harass, threaten, discriminate against or endanger other people;
- post illegal, fraudulent, spam or misleading content;
- impersonate others or create fake events;
- scrape data about other users or circumvent security measures;
- use the service for commercial purposes without our consent.
Your content
Content you post (events, messages, photos) stays yours. You grant us a limited licence to display it within the service so it can function. You are responsible for what you post and for having the right to share it.
Meeting safety
Meeting strangers is at your own risk. We do not verify users’ identities. Use common sense: meet in public places, tell a friend where you are going, and trust your instincts.
Moderation
We may reduce the visibility of or temporarily hide content, restrict features and, for serious or repeated breaches, terminate an account. Decisions consider context, severity, harm, repetition and community risk. We use user reports, anti-spam checks, safety rules and automated AI screening of public events. AI can only hide an event pending human review — it cannot delete content or block an account.
Anyone can send a sufficiently precise notice of illegal content. Registered users can also report from inside the app. When we impose a restriction, we provide the reason and the available way to appeal. Appeals receive human review and a good-faith appeal is not itself penalised.
Intellectual property
The “Haide” brand, design and code are owned by us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the actions of other users, for events organised by third parties, or for indirect damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Termination
You can delete your account any time from settings. We may terminate access for breaches of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law, and disputes are subject to the competent courts in Bulgaria. For data-protection matters, see the Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these Terms. For material changes we will notify you in the app.
